Description

Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and managing inventory, ensuring proper material distribution and workplace cleanliness, as well as supporting production activities. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the raw materials and packaging inventory. 2. Perform invoice verification and monthly material inventory. 3. Monitor production scheduling and assist the team when necessary. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Valid NR35 and NR11 certifications, with certificates to be presented; * Proactivity; * Commitment; * Teamwork; * **Reside in Canoas/RS or nearby regions;** **Responsibilities** * Keep the raw materials and packaging inventory organized; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves, with correct product identification; * Verify invoices upon receipt against physically received items; * Always notify Quality before releasing received materials—especially raw materials; * Do not mix raw materials and packaging; * Always deliver to production the raw material with the nearest expiration date; * Notify PCP immediately when any item is out of stock; * Conduct monthly inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished products; re-count if doubts arise or if requested; * Always deliver raw materials and packaging the day before production starts, ensuring materials are available in the morning and placed on designated shelves; * Remain attentive to production needs; * Print display labels and deliver them together with the Production Order for each room/machine; * Monitor weekly production scheduling, as provided every Friday; * Record all production deliveries in an already-identified spreadsheet, clearly specifying quantities and batches; * Remain attentive and adaptable to requests from supervisors; * Assist production when requested, prioritizing completion of routine tasks; **Equipment Used:** Manual pallet jack, up to 1.500kg; Electric pallet jack, up to 1.500kg; Computer and label printer; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.999,00 - R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
