Control and storage of food according to regulations **General Description:** Responsible for assisting in food preparation, kitchen organization and cleaning, ensuring quality, hygiene, and smooth operation of the department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in food pre\-preparation and preparation (cutting, washing, peeling, portioning). * Organize and sanitize utensils, equipment, and the workplace. * Properly control and store food, following food safety regulations. * Assist in plating and packaging. * Support the kitchen team with daily tasks. * Check product expiration dates and conditions. * Maintain quality and hygiene standards according to company regulations.
