Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing individual and corporate credit proposals, validating documentation, and providing customer service for credit-related matters concerning Zaffari and Bourbon credit cards. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze individual and corporate credit proposals. 2. Assess and approve credit in accordance with the Administrator's policy. 3. Support stores in customer service and account maintenance. We are seeking a Credit Operator to join our Credit Analysis team. Your mission will be to contribute to the credit approval cycle process for Zaffari and Bourbon credit cards within your scope of responsibility, confirming customer registration data and status. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct analysis of individual and corporate credit proposals, verifying and validating supporting documents, identifying status (approval, denial, or pending items) for credit release in accordance with the Administrator's credit policy. * Issue technical opinions regarding credit approval or rejection. * Respond to requests for new credit proposals and credit limit reevaluations, verifying basic information provided by customers to support issuance of Zaffari and Bourbon credit cards. * Provide customer service for specific situations (e.g., limit adjustments, card unblocking, reanalysis). * Support stores in customer service by providing necessary information or performing account maintenance actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related field. * Prior experience in analyzing credit proposals. * Solid knowledge of documentation required for individual and corporate registration. * Corporate credit assessment (e.g., balance sheet analysis, corporate documents, etc.). * Availability to work on Saturdays. **Additional Information** * Annual Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) * Unimed Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * On-site cafeteria * Transportation allowance as per CLT regulations * Retail Worker's Day Off \- Day Off Our story began in 1935, founded by Francisco José and Santina Zaffari, who—with care and dedication—established a grocery store in Rio Grande do Sul's interior.
