For employees, our commitment is to personal and professional development, providing a wide career path both within retail and across other businesses of the Dimed Group. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide differentiated customer service with empathy, promote the private-label brand and company’s competitive advantages; participate in product receiving, storage, and expiration date control at the store; assist in product handling and restocking according to established standards; maintain store and products organized per Panvel standards; provide support in store administrative tasks when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; Aged 14–24 (no age limit for persons with disabilities); Availability to work Monday through Friday, either morning or afternoon shift; No prior experience required, as we are a talent-development company. **Additional Information** The theoretical component of the training is delivered by SENAC or CIEE, while the practical component takes place at a Panvel branch; Transportation Allowance; Pharmacy Benefit (10%–40% discount); Gympass discount; Opportunity for permanent employment; Immediate start available.
