Job Summary: We are seeking a Pedagogue to work on the Jovem 360 Project, focusing on the human, social, and professional development of vulnerable youth. Key Highlights: 1. To this end, we assist youth and students in entering the workforce through partnerships between companies and educational institutions, generating opportunities for development, professional training, and social inclusion initiatives. We are seeking a **Pedagogue** to work on the **Jovem 360 Project**, a Coexistence and Bond Strengthening Service aimed at reducing vulnerabilities and social risks among youth. Responsibilities: * Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. * Provide direct technical support to adolescents and youth. * Deliver educational support to adolescents and youth in planning their class schedules, preventing school dropout. * Identify and assess the educational needs of project participants. * Develop and adapt teaching materials and methodologies according to the realities and needs of youth. * Conduct pedagogical assessments to monitor participants’ educational development. * Organize workshops, courses, classes, and activities that foster the holistic development of youth, aligned with project demands. * Coordinate with schools and the socio-assistance network. * Design activities using pedagogical resources. * Prepare and present periodic reports on activities carried out. * Collaborate with the project team to integrate educational activities with social, recreational, and personal and professional development components. * Provide reception and individual or group support to adolescents, youth, and their families. * Support implementation of the PAIJ (Comprehensive Youth Monitoring Plan). * Conduct and assist in proactive outreach to adolescents and youth to address dropouts. * Regularly evaluate participants’ development. * Support and implement project-related actions jointly with the multidisciplinary team. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in pedagogical coordination is desirable. * Experience working with vulnerable youth is considered an advantage. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 17:30.
