**Workplace:** Porto Alegre **Schedule:** 5x2, from 08:00 to 17:48 **Salary:** R$ 2\.675,00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher, life insurance, attendance bonus. **Job Purpose** Ensure the planning, organization, and control of the church’s maintenance activities, guaranteeing proper operation, preservation, and safety of facilities through efficient scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance, optimization of resources, and support in service execution. **Main Responsibilities** · Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities; · Develop service schedules and monitor their execution; · Control service orders and prioritize demands; · Conduct periodic inspections of facilities (civil, hydraulic, and electrical systems); · Support supplier and service provider management; · Manage maintenance materials, tools, and inventory; · Prepare maintenance reports and performance indicators; · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices; · Align actions with the church’s needs and schedule. **Requirements** · Completed high school education (technical training in Construction, Maintenance, or related fields is desirable); · Experience in building maintenance planning; · Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and minor repair work; · Organizational, control, and planning skills; * Willingness to travel; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); · Familiarity with maintenance management tools (e.g., Lean Keep) is a plus. **Behavioral Competencies** · Planning and organization · Assertive communication · Proactivity · Problem solving · Results- and quality-oriented mindset · Coordination ability Compensation: starting at R$2\.675,00 per month Work location: On-site
