If this resonates with you, join the Grupo Panvel team and let’s share ideas together! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and update internal communication channels, ensuring execution of the internal audience communication calendar (e\-mail, internal app, newsletter, etc.). * Execute internal communication plans, overseeing all stages from briefing receipt through publication and post-campaign monitoring. * Contribute to developing and executing monthly internal communication tactical plans, as well as supporting company endomarketing initiatives and activities. * Participate in designing and developing internal campaigns and activities aimed at fostering employee engagement and connection. * Produce content and support editorial planning for internal communication channels. * Organize and operationalize corporate events (small to medium scale), ensuring alignment across all phases and deliverables. * Liaise with internal departments, agencies, and vendors to fulfill communication requirements. * Support initiatives that reinforce organizational culture and alignment with company values. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising and Propaganda, or Journalism. * Experience in Internal Communications and Endomarketing. * Strong writing skills, broad cultural knowledge, and ability to co-create effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Strategic mindset to align communications with company objectives. * Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul/RS. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM – 5:48 PM **Benefits:** * Daycare allowance * Birthday day off * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacies * Rotating parking * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) * Dental plan (via Employees’ Association) * Health insurance * Mental health and financial wellness support programs * On-site cafeteria * Chartered transportation * Wellhub (gym discounts) Caring is at our core.
