




Job Summary: The Import Assistant will serve as the interface between commercial representatives and the purchasing department, track orders and quotations, and provide technical and operational support. Technical and operational support for representatives DISTRIBUTOR AND IMPORTER SEEKING: Import Assistant **Responsibilities**: * Serve as the interface between commercial representatives and the purchasing department; * Receive and process quotation requests submitted by Commercial Representatives; * Track orders with the Purchasing Department; * Track quotations and maintain contact with Commercial Representatives and customers; * Participate in and lead alignment meetings with Commercial Representatives and customers; * Provide technical and operational support to Commercial Representatives; * Perform other administrative tasks; **Requirements**: * EXPERIENCE IN FOREIGN TRADE/IMPORT; * Experience in quotation and deadline management; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Availability to work on-site (in the Floresta neighborhood, Porto Alegre); Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
