Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for scheduling management, cargo tracking, implementation of logistics procedures, and updating driver registries and training courses. Scheduling management and cargo tracking Requirements: * Logistics experience; * Proficiency in Excel and Word; * Availability: Monday to Friday (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and Saturday (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM); * Easy access to the workplace (Canoas); * Prior experience in the following activities is preferred. Responsibilities: * Managing schedules on the partner distributor's schedule grid; * Tracking cargo loading start and unloading completion via GPS tracker; * Assisting in implementing logistics procedures; * Verifying scheduled programming (overnight programming); * Updating and scheduling driver training courses (all driver documentation); * Updating registries; * Scheduling cargo deliveries throughout the shift; * Placing and canceling orders with carrier companies. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
