Provision of procedural information The company seeks a Customer Service Assistant in Porto Alegre (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Handle requests from public, private, and ATPREV sectors; request documentation such as bank details, financial statements, documents for AJG, notices of available withdrawal amounts, among others. Serve customers through various channels (telephone, WhatsApp, in-person, and e\-mail); attend walk-in customers at reception desks without prior appointments. Provide procedural information, schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments; edit powers of attorney and contracts per attorneys’ requests; digitize and index documents in the SIP system; issue simple letters and AR letters via the SIP system for mailing to customers through Correios. Previous experience as Customer Service Assistant, Customer Service Agent, Support Assistant, or Customer Representative may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. High school diploma required.
