Job Summary: We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to manage, prepare, validate, and submit regulatory obligations to the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) and other regulatory bodies, ensuring institutional compliance. Coordination with internal departments for data collection and validation We seek a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to manage, prepare, validate, and submit regulatory obligations to the Central Bank of Brazil and other regulatory authorities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the institution’s regulatory compliance, working closely with Accounting, Risk, Compliance, Data, and Operations departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of BACEN regulatory reports—from regulatory interpretation through submission and follow-up; * Prepare and validate regulatory reports related to Pix (APIX), registration and relationships, and accounting and financial statements; * Review and ensure complete submission of CADOCs, including forms 3040, 3044, 3050, 4010, 4016, 4111, 6308, and 9010/9011; * Ensure consistency among regulatory, accounting, and operational information; * Coordinate with internal departments for data collection, validation, and consolidation; * Monitor BACEN communications, regulations, and regulatory updates; * Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections. **Mandatory Technical Requirements:** * Practical knowledge of CADOCs, especially forms 3040, 3044, and 3050; * Prior experience with BACEN regulatory reporting; * Experience within regulated institutions (Payment Institutions, Financial Institutions, SCDs, SCFIs, or fintechs); * Ability to read and interpret regulatory norms; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and regulatory critical thinking. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of COSIF and BACEN GAAP; * Experience with Pix (APIX), SCR, SVR, SBP, DIMP, and E\-Financeira; * Experience in BACEN audits and inspections; * Experience in automation of regulatory reporting.
