Join the **Madesa Team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support to the logistics team, serving as a reference point for area processes; * Execute and monitor logistics processes under your responsibility, ensuring operational efficiency; * Monitor logistics performance indicators and controls (KPIs); * Analyze and propose solutions to optimize costs, timelines, and operational efficiency; * Participate in the development, implementation, and execution of logistics projects; * Ensure data accuracy for the department by maintaining and analyzing spreadsheets, BI tools, and ERP systems; * Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Production, Tax, Finance, and IT; * Conduct prospecting and evaluation of new transportation providers and international logistics operators. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Availability to work on-site at the company, from 7:00 AM to 4:45 PM; * Prior experience as a Logistics Analyst, with hands-on involvement in logistics processes; * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields. * In-depth knowledge of logistics processes; * Knowledge of inventory management and logistics operations; * Experience in data analysis and performance metrics (KPIs); * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel); * Advanced proficiency in Power BI; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across different departments. **It would also be great if you have:** * Advanced or fluent English and Spanish. **Additional Information** #### **BENEFITS** At Madesa, we deeply care about the health, satisfaction, and well-being of our employees.
