Job Summary: A professional to control, measure, and report agricultural commodity risk exposures, ensuring compliance with policy and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Daily monitoring of physical and financial commodity exposures. 2. Development and monitoring of risk metrics such as VaR and stress testing. 3. Independent involvement in risk management and governance. Ensure independent control, measurement, and reporting of business risk exposures (soybeans, corn, wheat, fertilizers, and freight), ensuring adherence to the risk policy approved by the Board/Executive Management and supporting strategic decisions with timely, structured, and technical analyses. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Consolidate and monitor daily physical and financial commodity exposures (soybeans, corn, wheat, canola, rice), fertilizers, agrochemicals, and freight: * Assess and analyze: * Physical exposure by product * Foreign exchange exposure associated with operations * Counterparty concentration * Develop and monitor risk metrics, including: * VaR (Value at Risk) * Stress testing and scenario analysis * Sensitivity to price variations (CBOT, basis, premium) and foreign exchange rates * Hedge Accounting * Monitor risk limits by product and counterparty. * Report limit deviations and breaches to Executive Management. * Support the development and maintenance of the company's Risk Policy. * Design executive reports and managerial dashboards for senior leadership. * Operate independently, ensuring risk governance and discipline. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Finance, Capital Markets, or Risk Management is a plus. * Commodity pricing knowledge (CBOT, basis, premium). * Experience/knowledge of hedge accounting. * Risk modeling (VaR, stress testing). * Advanced Excel (mandatory). * Power BI or similar tools. **Additional Information** * Meal voucher or food allowance * Unimed Health Insurance Plan * Uniodonto Dental Insurance Plan * Health and wellness programs * Wellhub/Gympass * Pluxee Cuida (legal, financial, and social support) * Pharmacy partnership * Life insurance * Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR) We are an agribusiness company founded nearly five decades ago.
