Collaborative work with various departments across the company **Job: Senior Procurement Analyst** **Location:** Porto Alegre – Jardim Europa District **Format:** 100% in-person **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (except holidays) **About the Job** We are seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to manage product procurement for the group’s physical stores and e-commerce platforms, ensuring adequate supply, effective inventory control, and profitability. If you possess an analytical mindset, negotiation skills, and wish to play a strategic role directly impacting margins and business outcomes, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Procure products for the group’s physical stores and e-commerce platforms. * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery terms, and order volumes. * Perform pricing considering costs, taxes, and target margins. * Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking. * Update purchase orders, system registrations, and internal controls in systems and spreadsheets. * Support cost, margin, and product performance reporting. * Collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, and Operations departments. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in procurement (retail and/or e-commerce experience is a plus). * Knowledge of supplier negotiation and inventory control. * Understanding of pricing strategies and price formation. * Intermediate Excel proficiency and ease of use with systems. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organized, analytical, and responsible profile. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Flexibility and adaptability. * Ability to thrive in a lean and collaborative environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of real profit regime (with support from Finance and Accounting departments). * Practical experience in inventory control and product turnover management. * Familiarity with tax regimes (real profit regime). * Experience with e-commerce or marketplaces. **Compensation** Fixed salary: **R$ 3.000,00** Department performance bonus: **R$ 500,00 / R$ 1.000,00 / R$ 1.500,00** Company performance bonus: **R$ 500,00 / R$ 1.000,00** **Benefits** * Company goal/surpass-goal incentive award * Transportation allowance * Health insurance (after probation period) * iFood Benefits worth R$ 500,00 (available after probation period, subject to punctuality and absence of unjustified absences) If you seek professional growth and wish to work in a dynamic environment with direct impact on business results, apply now and join our team.
