We seek committed, proactive professionals with strong technical aptitude and interest in developing their careers in industrial maintenance. This role operates during standard business hours, with availability required for shift work and a 6x2 schedule according to the company's operational demands. Responsibilities and Duties * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial filtration systems (bag filters); * Carry out maintenance on compressed air systems; * Work on cooling tower equipment and systems; * Perform maintenance on water and wastewater treatment systems; * Support diagnosis of mechanical failures in industrial equipment; * Assist in inspection and monitoring of mechanical equipment and components; * Complete maintenance records and reports; * Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures; * Support continuous improvement initiatives in industrial maintenance processes. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in industrial mechanical maintenance; * Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance; * Familiarity with industrial equipment and mechanical systems; * Proactive, responsible, and organized profile; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Availability to work shifts and on a 6x2 schedule as required by the company. Desirable Qualifications * Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Technology program or related field, from the 2nd semester onward; * Knowledge of industrial filtration systems; * Experience in an industrial environment; * Familiarity with pneumatic systems and industrial utilities.
