Support to the controller's office in inventory management Support and execute inventory processes for stock, ensuring accuracy of both system and physical stock data, thereby contributing to the reliability of inventory data, deviation analysis, and continuous improvement of internal controls. Support the controller's office in consolidating, analyzing, and monitoring key performance indicators related to inventory management. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What challenges does this role entail:** * Participate in stock inventory events as a representative of the Controller's Office; * Ensure compliance with company-defined rules, procedures, and best practices for inventory processes; * Assist in defining, reviewing, and continuously improving inventory rules and procedures; * Conduct cyclic and rotating inventories of stock items; * Monitor and analyze discrepancies between physical and system stock levels, supporting root cause identification and resolution; * Support maintenance of inventory accuracy and reliability of information recorded in systems; * Assist in monitoring indicators and reports related to inventory and stock management; * Support collection, organization, and analysis of data related to stock and inventory processes; * Assist in monitoring and analyzing deviations between budgeted and actual figures; * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, internal controls, and information quality; * Support standardization and verification of master data, transactions, and system information related to inventory. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What would be ideal for you to have:** * Technical degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines (currently pursuing preferred); * Knowledge of inventory management and control; * Familiarity with inventory processes; * Knowledge of administrative routines and internal controls; * Basic knowledge of accounting; * Analytical ability and capability to verify system information. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Comprehensive medical assistance for dependents; Dental plan for dependents; Company-subsidized on-site meals; Meal allowance; Education assistance; Childcare allowance (for female employees with children aged 4 months to 5 years) Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Profit Sharing Program; Unifertil is a family-owned business now in its fourth generation, with five decades of history in fertilizer production and commercialization, building credibility and transparency over this period in its relationships with employees, customers, partners, and institutions.
