Kitchenette organization and collection of general and recyclable waste Coterflex, located in the Alvorada Industrial District, is seeking a General Services Assistant to perform internal facility sanitation and maintenance. The General Services Assistant role includes tasks such as: executing a daily cleaning schedule for offices, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring compliance with corporate sanitation standards. Ultimately, your work will be an integral part of our efforts to ensure the well-being of employees and visitors at our facility. **Key Activities and Responsibilities** * Bathroom sanitation and replenishment of hygiene supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. * Cleaning of shared workspaces, including desks and office items. * Cleaning of meeting rooms and client-facing areas, ensuring organization and replenishment of supplies such as coffee cups, spoons, and napkins. * Collection of general and recyclable waste, disposing of them in designated building locations; * Kitchenette organization where employee coffee is prepared, ensuring utensils are properly stored and the area is sanitized before and after lunch hours. **What We Are Looking For?** **Prerequisites** * Prior experience as a cleaning assistant in corporate environments. * Experience working on factory floors is a plus. * Easy access to the Alvorada Industrial District. **Skills** * Proactive and meticulous approach to achieve high cleaning quality standards. * Discretion when cleaning private areas, such as administrative department offices. **Compensation and Benefits** **Salary:** Starting at R$ 1872.40 + 40% Hazard Pay. **Benefits:** * Meal voucher for monthly purchases (cafeteria voucher); * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Pharmacy discount program after probation period; * Medical and dental insurance after probation period.
