We are seeking a professional to execute GED Workshop production processes, balancing productivity and quality to meet both individual and overall GED targets, and to support various operational demands of the department.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Execute GED Workshop production operational processes (Preparation, Digitization, Processing, Indexing, and Auditing), ensuring GED service level and supporting Logistics when necessary;
* Meet target for your respective stage within the GED Workshop production process;
* Execute processes according to the production schedule to meet the GED Workshop’s overall target;
* Assist in updating GED control spreadsheets and management systems (GNU and Production Control);
Assist in requesting customer documents according to service deadlines (RAC/SLA);

Requirements and Qualifications:
**MANDATORY:**
Completed High School Education
Experience in administrative routines
Experience in document management (filing, preparation, and/or document digitization)
Basic knowledge of Outlook/Excel
**PREFERRED:**
Intermediate Excel knowledge
Experience in meeting targets
**AVAILABILITY TO WORK IN PERSON IN CANOAS FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8:00 AM TO 2:00 PM (15-minute break).**
