Join the **Grupo Herval** team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the team, fostering employee development and technical qualification while maintaining an organizational climate aligned with the company’s strategies and values. * Be accountable for departmental results, ensuring service quality and achievement of established goals, providing support to area management. * Develop improvements and optimize fleet processes, monitoring cost and performance indicators. * Monitor delivery deadlines, analyze potential process failures, and support customers with delivery-related inquiries. * Control fleet maintenance, costs, fines, accidents, and irregularities; analyze demand according to sales volume; support vehicle and accessory procurement. Negotiate freight rates with transport companies, manage trips and tachographs, and reconcile trip records with drivers. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. **Additional Information** **HERE’S A TIP:** * We seek someone with innate leadership, who enjoys debating and finding ways to help both the company and colleagues continuously evolve.
