




Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating, feeding, and controlling ovens in bakery and industrial production processes, ensuring quality, safety, and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and control of ovens in bakery and industrial processes. 2. Familiarity with various types of ovens and combustion control. 3. Maintenance, cleaning, and assurance of quality and safety. * **Operation:** Load ovens with materials, control temperatures, baking time, and perform cooling. * **Bakery Production:** Bake bread, cakes, and doughs; operate turbo/wood-fired ovens; control fermentation. * **Industrial Production:** Operate furnaces for metal, glass, or ceramic melting, adjusting power settings. * **Cleaning and Maintenance:** Perform daily cleaning of the oven and work area, and assist with refractory maintenance. * **Quality and Safety:** Follow hygiene and safety regulations, inspect finished products, and use PPE.
