Operational integration with Master ERP. Support and control via Linx. Customer service (WhatsApp, email, and phone). Order picking, verification, and shipment. Exchange and return control, and logistics tracking. Organization of operational reports. Previous experience as an E-commerce Assistant, Online Sales Assistant, E-commerce Operator, or E-commerce Support may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
