Focus on organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills **E-commerce and After-Sales Assistant** **Upgrade Bikes – Canoas/RS** Upgrade Bikes is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to provide customer support and manage e-commerce operational routines. The Assistant will support e-commerce and after-sales administrative activities in accordance with the company's internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** Customer service for after-sales (physical store, e-commerce, and marketplaces) Handling requests, exchanges, and basic support guidance Initiating, analyzing, and monitoring warranty processes per internal procedures Logging and tracking tickets with suppliers Supporting reverse logistics control Managing messages and monitoring marketplace performance indicators Tracking and updating orders in the system Systematic stock information verification in cases of discrepancies, checking similar products per internal procedure Organizing records and updating administrative controls Providing support to store operations when needed **Desired Profile:** Organization and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with digital systems and platforms Sense of responsibility Agility in resolving issues **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:48 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM **Salary: R$ 1.800,00** Occasional variable compensation, contingent upon achievement of company-established targets **Benefits:** Ulbra partnership offering discounts on various courses Transportation allowance Performance-based bonus opportunities Dedicated internal space for meals (microwave, refrigerator, sink) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1.800,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Education Requirements: * Completed High School (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
