Administrative Analyst

A company in the **off-road / automotive parts** segment is seeking an **Administrative Analyst** to join the team and support administrative and operational routines. We seek an organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a team and can easily handle various daily tasks. Responsible for providing support in sales, administrative and logistics processes, ensuring proper document management, billing, order control, issuance of electronic invoices (NFes), and customer and supplier service. Directly manages and organizes demand flows from digital platforms to ensure efficiency in logistics and commercial processes. **Responsibilities:** Consolidate marketplace order databases. Forward product requests to production. Customer service. Provide post-sales customer support. Manage return, shipping, cancellation, and damage-related requests. Manage the entry and registration of incoming and outgoing cargo at the company. Administer sales invoice (NF) requests. Provide customer service for sales lead qualification. Maintain and update production control spreadsheets. Consolidate order status.
