If this describes you, you enjoy challenges, and you are capable of turning bold dreams into reality, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receiving leads, prospecting, and attending to in-person and/or virtual customers. * Presenting brochures, conducting simulations, and selling apartments. * Registering, submitting, and tracking proposals in the system for evaluation by Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF). * Signing contracts, submitting and tracking bill payments. * Collecting documentation and monitoring compliance.
