**Monitoring Operator – 12x36 Shift** **Location: East Zone – Petrópolis Neighborhood** **Shift: 12x36 – from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM** **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze events received via images and calls; * Answer calls using a headset; * Provide remote public service; * Record and track incidents in the system. **Requirements** * High school diploma; * Full availability for the 12x36 shift (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM); * Experience in **monitoring** (CCTV, alarm monitoring centers, vehicle tracking, etc.); * Strong verbal communication skills; * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team; * Basic computer literacy (preferred); * Easy access to the **East Zone – Petrópolis**. **Benefits** * Base salary: BRL 1,845.80; * Night shift allowance; * Meal break allowance; * Transportation voucher (TRI/TEU card) + **VA of BRL 30.00 per working day**; * Health insurance plan after the probationary period.
