**Job Opening: Store Sales Associate – Porto Alegre/RS (Praia de Belas)** Porto Outlet is growing and looking for people who love fashion, customer service, and being part of a collaborative team! **Your responsibilities here:** * Provide attentive, empathetic customer service and help customers find the right items. * Conduct consultative sales with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience. * Keep the store organized and collaborate closely with the team. **Prerequisites:** * Experience in sales or customer service. * Completed high school education. * Willingness and motivation to grow! **Compensation:** * Fixed salary \+ variable performance-based bonuses, aligned with both store performance and individual results. **Work schedule:** * Rotating 6-day workweek with 1 weekly day off \+ 1 additional Sunday off for every Sunday worked. * Shifts: 10:00 AM–6:20 PM or 11:00 AM–7:20 PM\.
