Monitor and ensure completion of medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, and post-employment) for employees. Monitor payroll-deducted loan processes by validating reports/files sent by banks and reconciling amounts posted in the system. Collect data required to calculate HR indicators and gross payroll budgeting. Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for in-house shopping center employees at GG-2 level and below. Onboard new employees by preparing required admission documents and providing guidance on HR policies and internal procedures to ensure their smooth integration into the workplace. Provide support and assistance to employees and managers, delivering information and guidance on Human Resources-related matters. Arrange issuance of ID badges for new employees, either internally or by transmitting data to external suppliers. Register suppliers, place purchase orders, and monitor payment processing in SAP. Support endomarketing initiatives per Corporate HR guidelines. Monitor Probationary Period Evaluation processes via specific controls to advise managers on applicable deadlines. Assist with CIPA-related activities (elections, monthly meetings, minutes, etc.), supporting members in fulfilling their obligations. Identify departmental training needs and jointly develop the annual training plan with managers; monitor training implementation; maintain attendance records; manage all necessary logistics. Represent the company during homologations to oversee the process and intervene, if needed, to address questions. Collect, analyze, and interpret Human Resources data to understand behavioral patterns and forecast outcomes, aligning leadership decision-making processes with actual business needs and those of employees.
