




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform nursing documentation effectively, observing related ethical aspects. Accompany the patient before, during, and after procedures. Assist the multidisciplinary team in procedures by preparing supplies to be used. Administer medications/treatments according to medical prescriptions and under supervision of a Registered Nurse. Receive and communicate accurate information during shift handovers, based on documented records. Control and send used linens for cleaning after patient care. Develop, document, and disseminate routines aligned with quality and patient safety culture. Operate ground emergency vehicles for patient care and transport, maintaining communication with the medical regulation center, following instructions and protocols, and assisting the healthcare team in Basic and Advanced Life Support, while observing and complying with traffic and environmental regulations; Thoroughly understand the vehicle and promptly report any identified changes; Thoroughly understand all equipment, materials, and medications available in the ambulance; Perform mechanical and clinical checklists for the ambulance, verifying supplies, medications, and equipment according to established standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed Technical Nursing Program, registered with COREN-RS; Driver’s License Category D; Emergency Vehicle Driving Course (APH/BLS – Basic Life Support). Experience in pre-hospital urgent and emergency care.
