Proposal of improvements to financial processes. **Position:** Financial Analyst **Location:** Alvorada **Salary:** To be negotiated according to salary expectations \+ R$ 1\.250,00 in flexible benefits. **Benefits:** Meal allowance (card usable for fuel), transportation allowance, on-site cafeteria, and medical and dental insurance (Unimed or Doctor Clin), with 20% co-payment deducted from payroll and 80% subsidized by the company. **Responsibilities:** Manage accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations, prepare and monitor cash flow, analyze costs and expenses, and issue and verify invoices and payment slips. Prepare financial reports, analyze key performance indicators, support budget planning and control of payments and receipts. Maintain organization of financial documents, track deadlines, liaise with banks and suppliers as needed, and propose improvements to financial processes, contributing to the company’s financial efficiency and control. **Requirements:** Prior experience as a Financial Analyst; degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; residence in Gravataí, Alvorada, Cachoeirinha, or Viamão.
