Clothing store seeks a Stock Clerk in Porto Alegre (Downtown). Lojas Torra is a retail chain offering a wide variety of products, including clothing, footwear, and accessories. With a focus on affordable pricing, the company aims to meet the needs of its customers across Brazil. **Responsibilities:** Support the sales team to ensure fast and efficient movement of merchandise from inventory to the store floor. Maintain a clean and organized workplace to directly and positively influence work methods, thereby ensuring higher quality in daily tasks. Control warehousing and preparation processes for merchandise destined for the sales area, including product labeling. Receive goods delivered by truck, verify invoices, scan barcodes, and store received items. Conduct inventory counts upon request by management and/or loss prevention teams; assist in gathering data for report generation; monitor entry, exit, and proper storage of merchandise. Store merchandise in appropriate locations to optimize space usage while ensuring safety and sanitary conditions, or make it available for replenishment of the sales area. Perform other related duties as directed by supervisors. Previous experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Stock Operator, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Controller may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
