




The Appointment Center is seeking qualified professionals to fill the position of **Credentialing Analyst**. We are a network of medical and dental clinics, with 8 units, 250 employees, and 350 professionals (physicians and dentists), delivering high-quality, accessible care to patients. **Credentialing Analyst** **Job Objective:** The primary objective of this role is to drive expansion in the healthcare sector by growing the accredited provider network through recruitment and negotiation of new strategic partners (e.g., laboratories, clinics, diagnostic centers) and by conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain the network’s competitiveness. **Key Deliverables:** Prospecting and Negotiation: Execute the full cycle—prospecting and negotiating the accreditation of new partners—with focus on the company’s strategic gaps. Market Mapping and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential players, assess competitors, and map demand for new services or specialties. Strategy Development: Proactively identify and propose new partnership models and business opportunities that drive network growth and operational efficiency. B2B Relationship Management: Manage relationships with newly accredited partners and foster their loyalty, ensuring compliance with agreements and service quality. KPI Management: Monitor expansion metrics, credentialing pipeline, and partner SLAs. **Prerequisites:** B2B Experience: Demonstrated experience in B2B negotiation and partnership development, preferably within the healthcare or other regulated service sectors. Analysis and Research: Familiarity with market research tools and data analysis methodologies to support decision-making. Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities for engaging with executives and managers. Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
