Opportunity to build a company from scratch #### **About the Role:** A newly established insurance company, part of a financial group whose entities are regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil, currently in the full structuring phase to operate beyond its internal ecosystem. Operating in a market regulated by the Superintendence of Private Insurance (SUSEP), the company begins its journey with a focus on capital discipline, technical profitability, and sustainable growth, supported by governance aligned with a regulated environment. The CEO will be responsible for the strategic and executive leadership of the insurance company, assuming full accountability for business direction, economic and financial performance, regulatory capital, and value creation for shareholders. The CEO will lead the complete structuring of the company—from strategic definition through consolidation of the operational and commercial model—ensuring disciplined expansion, regulatory compliance, and long-term competitive positioning. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Define corporate strategy, financial targets, growth ambitions, and investment priorities jointly with shareholders and/or the Board; * Assume full responsibility for P&L, annual budgeting, multi-year financial planning, regulatory capital, and solvency; * Structure the organizational and governance model, establishing committees, policies, internal controls, and executive processes compatible with a supervised company; * Lead portfolio strategy and ensure implementation and evolution of products, ensuring competitiveness, technical profitability, and regulatory compliance; * Define and execute commercial and distribution strategies (B2B channels, brokers, platforms, strategic partnerships, and embedded insurance models); * Lead transformative negotiations with major accounts, plan sponsors, and institutional partners; * Ensure operational performance, claims management, fraud prevention, and cost efficiency through the executive structure; * Guarantee corporate governance, risk management, and institutional relations with SUSEP and other regulatory stakeholders; * Represent the company institutionally before shareholders, the market, strategic partners, and regulatory bodies; * Establish and monitor financial, technical, and commercial KPIs, ensuring execution discipline and consistent value generation. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven executive experience in the insurance market, within an insurance company or insurtech operating under SUSEP regulation; * Robust experience in B2B commercial development within the insurance ecosystem; * Comprehensive technical knowledge across insurance products, regulation, underwriting, pricing, claims, and operations; * Demonstrated track record in building and scaling operations (starting from scratch or leading significant transformation); * Availability for frequent travel. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Differentiators):** * Experience in Pension and/or Capitalization segments; * Experience in the financial market (banks, finance companies, fintechs, FIDCs); * Experience with embedded insurance and high-volume digital insurance products; * Established relationships with strategic distribution channels in Rio Grande do Sul (RS) and São Paulo (SP); * Familiarity with the I4Pro system.
