Apply here and join us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety programs to ensure employees' physical integrity; * Participate in service release procedures at Facilities, verifying risk-related activities, defining required procedures and PPE or engineering controls (EPCs), ensuring safe and appropriate service execution; * Participate in hazard and risk identification across all worker activities, providing information for job-specific occupational health profiles and other legal requirements; * Monitor fire-fighting equipment and accessories, tracking expiration dates and extinguisher conditions, contacting third-party vendors for inspections and maintenance, and overseeing contracted services; * Prepare and monitor core HSE documents; * Manage SST-related documentation, including the Risk Management Program (PGR), Environmental Reports, Hazardousness Reports, Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), Accident Report Forms (CAT), Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) records, and Occupational Health and Safety Service (SESMT) documentation, among others; * Monitor submission of SST-related events to eSocial; * Adhere to occupational medical examination schedules; * Maintain ongoing interaction with the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), promoting guidance, awareness, and education initiatives for accident and occupational disease prevention; * Immediately propose suspension of activities and implementation of corrective and/or control measures upon identifying work conditions or situations associated with serious and imminent risks to worker safety or health; * Lead or support investigations into work-related accidents and diseases per the PGR, proposing actions to prevent recurrence; * Conduct training on occupational safety rules and procedures for employees; * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and regulatory standards (NRs); * Participate in safety meetings and committees, promoting a workplace culture of prevention and safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Prior experience in the field (industrial experience—particularly in chemical or similar industries—is desirable); * Knowledge of regulatory standards and current legislation; * Ability to conduct training sessions and prepare technical reports; * Proactivity, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with occupational health and safety management systems (ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001); * Additional courses in occupational safety; * Knowledge of safety audits. **Additional Information** **Compensation** In addition to an **attractive fixed salary**, FCC offers a **Profit-Sharing Program (PPR)** aligned with company performance. **Benefits** **FCC Goes Beyond the Basics for You** * Company-provided **transportation**, **free of charge** to the employee, with predetermined routes—or **transportation vouchers**, with up to a 6% deduction from base salary; * **Parking** and **bicycle storage**, secured with surveillance for your belongings' safety; * On-site **cafeteria**, costing only R$3.84 per meal for the employee; * We reward punctuality and perfect attendance with the **Attendance Bonus**, valued at R$130.00, credited directly to your **Raiô card**; * Want to start or continue your **undergraduate studies**?
