




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and cooking meals, performing food pre-preparation, controlling food storage, and maintaining kitchen hygiene in accordance with food safety regulations. Follow food safety regulations **Job Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook meals according to the menu defined by the institution or nutritionist * Perform food pre-preparation (washing, cutting, sanitizing, and sorting ingredients) * Control proper food storage and preservation * Maintain kitchen, utensil, and equipment hygiene and organization * Follow food safety regulations and good food handling practices * Assist in inventory control and requisition of supplies * Organize meal distribution to students and staff * Pay attention to students' dietary restrictions and nutritional guidelines * Collaborate with cafeteria and general services teams as needed Location: North Zone of Porto Alegre.
