Monitor and supervise construction, renovation, adaptation, and maintenance projects, conducting technical site visits and field documentation. Ensure execution in accordance with project specifications, schedule, and established quality standards. Support the preparation of budgets, physical and financial schedules using planning and control tools. Ensure predictability, cost control, and adherence to project deadlines. Accompany technical inspections, audits, and surveys of properties, preparing documentation and liaising with competent authorities. Ensure legal and technical compliance of buildings. Manage and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for properties, including Technical Responsibility Annotations (ART), Technical Responsibility Records (RRT), reports, drawings, specifications, and technical memoranda. Ensure traceability, legality, and organization of departmental information. Support the contracting and supervision of suppliers and service providers, drafting technical scopes, monitoring measurements, and issuing completion certificates. Ensure quality and compliance of contracted services. Support property regularization activities and the acquisition of permits and licenses, interacting with public agencies and preparing required documentation. Ensure legality and regular operation of buildings. Participate in technical meetings with internal customers and partners, representing the Engineering department. Align requirements, present solutions, and ensure organizational needs are met. Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators for activities under your responsibility, consolidating technical and operational data.
