We have a team of **professionals** who are passionate and **full of energy**, so we are seeking professionals eager to learn new things and ready to be part of something bigger. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the company's administrative department; * Track purchase orders and commercial proposals; * Register and update information relevant to the process; * Provide customer service; * Coordinate with internal departments to align processes; * Generate reports and enter data into the SAP system; * Perform other duties within the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Must reside in Porto Alegre and its metropolitan region; * Completed high school education \- ongoing higher education is a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Microsoft Office; * Proactive, agile, with strong communication skills and ability to work well in teams; * Focused, dynamic, organized, and responsible. **Additional Information** Work arrangement: * On-site work only.
