The company is seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst in Porto Alegre. **Responsibilities:** Conduct active sourcing and strategic profiling of candidate profiles, focusing on the commercial area. Implement headhunting strategies to identify and attract market talent. Provide consultation and establish partnerships with managers to fully understand job requisition needs. Strategically manage the entire talent acquisition process, from prospecting through to hiring. Conduct interviews, screenings, and evaluations aligned with the position’s requirements. Monitor selection process metrics and contribute to the continuous improvement of talent attraction.
