Operational execution and production target assurance **SALARY R$ 2\.461\.00** **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break); Saturdays until 12:00 PM. **BENEFITS**: MEAL ALLOWANCE, LIFE INSURANCE, HEALTH PLAN, DENTAL PLAN. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: Monitor external collaborators' performance, guide field teams in executing tasks and standard operating routines through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training, ensuring efficient and effective activity execution; Monitor the development of direct reports by evaluating their probationary period and continuously assessing deliverables and performance throughout the employment contract; Deliver feedback and implement initiatives supporting team development; Conduct team training sessions; Operate within the company’s operational department, overseeing work progress performed by teams, conducting field follow-ups, and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Hold weekly meetings with meter-reading teams to align area processes toward achieving pre-established targets; Implement corrective actions for irregularities identified in the commercial process, applying feedback (reorientation, warning, suspension, or commendation), after prior communication to the HR department, to ensure continuous support for collaborators throughout their work journey; Ensure achievement of the company’s established production targets by monitoring daily production reports to guarantee profitability of the meter-reading contract imposed by the client; Handle complaints related to the area originating from PROCON, ANEEL, or Ombudsman offices, via service orders generated by the concessionaire’s system, prioritizing timely responses (via email) to avoid notifications and penalties to the contracting party. Respect and comply with internal processes, policies, procedures, and all applicable legislation relevant to assigned activities, acting and inspiring others to act in alignment with institutional values, safeguarding CGB’s image and contributing to the realization of its mission and vision.
