Plan, negotiate, and approve suppliers, seeking optimal cost\-benefit ratios, quality, and on-time delivery. Ensure document organization, compliance with internal procurement policies, and alignment with other company departments. Request quotations from multiple suppliers, prepare comparative analyses of prices, delivery times, and commercial terms. Negotiate directly with suppliers. Issue purchase orders in the system, monitor approvals, and ensure orders comply with internal requisitions. Track material and service deliveries. Obtain freight quotations.
