We are seeking an organized, analytical, and committed professional who actively contributes to the quality of accounting records, fulfillment of legal obligations, and internal process efficiency. ✨ Key responsibilities: * Perform accounting entries and reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts * Conduct bank reconciliations, ensuring consistency between bank statements and accounting records * Review and classify accounting, tax, and financial documents * Support monthly accounting closing and financial result determination * Assist in preparing trial balances, financial statements, and management reports * Organize and maintain accounting files and documents, ensuring traceability and compliance * Provide support during internal and external audits * Assist in fulfilling ancillary obligations and departmental accounting requirements * Contribute to continuous improvement of area processes and controls Requirements: * Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail * Analytical mindset and ease working with numbers and accounting information * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Proficiency with systems and technology * Intermediate knowledge of Excel * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Accounting Sciences Advantages: * Prior experience in accounting firms or corporate accounting departments * Knowledge of accounting reconciliations and monthly closing * Familiarity with Domínio software * Basic understanding of tax and fiscal legislation Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$2\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Company-provided mobile phone * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
