Learn to use software tools and internal systems Job Objective: Assist in administrative activities of the Human Resources team. \- * Responsibilities: Attend to employees, understand their requests, and address their questions; Assist in departmental routines whenever requested. Learn to use software tools and internal systems to maintain updated records and data; Perform initial resume analysis in the Pandapé system; Schedule interviews with candidates and managers; Make initial contact with new employees to begin onboarding procedures; Manage scheduling of periodic medical examinations; Issue and manage document signatures. \- * Desired Qualifications: Completed high school education. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or technical degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields is preferred.
