The **Zallpy Academy** is Zallpy’s internship training program, designed to accelerate emerging talent through a combination of **technical training and real-world project involvement**. The journey follows a **hybrid model in Porto Alegre**, featuring close mentorship, continuous learning, and technical and professional development. Therefore, all our positions are open and actively encourage applications from people with disabilities, Black individuals (Black and Brown), women, members of the LGBTQIA\+ community, and people of diverse ages, backgrounds, and nationalities**.** ### **How does the program work?** * **First 6 weeks onsite**, focusing on technical training and program immersion * After this period, transition to a **hybrid work model** * A structured routine balancing practice and development: **4 days dedicated to operations and 1 day devoted to study and applied projects** ### **What are we looking for?** ### **Basic requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in **Information Technology**, starting from the **3rd semester** (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields) * Interest in building a career in **technology and development** * Basic knowledge of **programming logic** * Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and continuously develop * **English proficiency will be required for certain positions**, depending on the project or area of work. ### **✨ Preferred qualifications:** * Preliminary knowledge of languages such as **Python, JavaScript, Java, .Net, or related technologies** * Participation in academic projects, scientific initiation programs, bootcamps, technology courses, or personal tech projects ### **Available areas of internship** Within the **Zallpy Academy**, opportunities may vary depending on the company’s teams and projects.
