Focus on growth and learning Description: * Currently enrolled in civil engineering or architecture and urban planning; * Communication skills; * Ability to innovate; * Desire for growth and learning. 1\) Technical and administrative support Assist in filling out and updating control spreadsheets (costs, measurements, schedules, etc.); Assist in organizing technical and administrative documents for the construction site; Support the preparation of weekly physical and financial progress reports; Assist in controlling and archiving photographic records of the construction site; Assist in recording and monitoring team, equipment, and material logs; Recording of invoices. 2\) Monitoring of construction projects and works Daily monitoring of work fronts alongside supervisors and foremen; Support inspection of execution in accordance with project plans and technical specifications; Assist in verifying measurements and checking quantities of materials and services; Assist in quality and safety control of execution processes; Support data collection for project revisions and updates. 3\) Planning and control Support the development and updating of physical and financial schedules; Monitor execution deadlines and targets; Support productivity analysis and performance indicator tracking; Data entry. 4\) Reporting and communication Assist in preparing technical and photographic monitoring reports; Support preparation of presentations and alignment meetings; Interface with suppliers and internal teams for data collection and technical clarifications. 5\) Support for safety and environmental management Support verification of safety documentation (NRs, PPE sheets, PGR, etc.); Monitor safety inspections and environmental checks; Participate in DDS meetings and awareness campaigns. 2512100202181911915
