Recruitment and Selection Consulting seeks an HVAC Technician in Esteio (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC) systems. Execute PMOC and work on components such as compressors, motors, pumps, cooling towers, and ventilation systems. Install and uninstall equipment (Split, Cassette, Floor-Ceiling, among others). Identify failures, perform diagnostics, and propose solutions. Perform brazing. Interpret technical manuals and electrical diagrams. Prepare activity reports. Assess sites for equipment installation and sizing. Ensure organization, safety, and preservation of equipment and the workplace. Previous experience as a Refrigeration Technician, Air Conditioning Installer, Climate Control Mechanic, or Refrigeration Systems Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Technical training in progress.
