We started in a small office in Porto Alegre and today we’re present across Brazil, connecting dreams, destinations, and people. We are seeking a talented professional to join our Airline Team. If you're agile and handle ticketing like an expert, this opportunity is for you! **Your responsibilities here:** Service and issuance queues: Monitor and manage reservation and request queues (domestic and international) Cancellations and rebookings: Process flight changes and cancellations, applying airline policies.
