Job Summary: Nursing professional to provide client care and guidance, perform outpatient procedures, and participate in health education and preventive activities. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in administrative personnel management and examination control Education Must hold a completed Secondary-Level Nursing Technician qualification and specialization in Occupational Nursing, with active registration at the Nursing Council. (Mandatory requirement). Desirable: Driver's License Class B Experience Practical experience in occupational nursing and/or conducting occupational health examinations. Experience in health promotion workshops and lectures is desirable. Knowledge Management and execution of health examinations. Responsibilities Attend to and advise internal and external clients as well as suppliers. Perform outpatient nursing procedures under medical supervision, including medication administration, vaccinations, wound dressings, and vital signs monitoring. Participate in health education and preventive activities, as well as multidisciplinary organizational projects. Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of planning and budgeting processes for the department. Assist in collecting and maintaining data and information related to the area of responsibility, following established processes and routines. Prepare reports, correspondence, texts, and documents pertinent to the area. Manage inventory of materials within the department. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions. Additional responsibilities in Administrative Personnel Management: Schedule and monitor periodic medical examinations for employees across the system.
