**POSITION: MANAGER – NH CARES PROGRAM.** Workload: 44 hours per week Employment type: Independent contractor (PJ) **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Health, or Social Work; * Specialization or specific course in Inclusive Education; * Master’s degree in Education or related fields; * CNH Category B driver’s license. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in coordination, team management, or supervision. * Experience in teacher training or capacity-building of multidisciplinary teams. * Prior involvement in school inclusion; * Experience in intersectoral collaboration (education, health, social assistance); * Knowledge of management technologies and tools. **NOTE: This position is based in Novo Hamburgo/RS, with preference for candidates residing in the city or nearby areas.**
