EDUCATION: Completed Elementary School. EXPERIENCE: 6 months in the field or similar areas, or proven internships. Preferably have experience in hydraulic maintenance and swimming pools. RESPONSIBILITIES: Check the operating conditions of equipment and facilities in the unit; Perform minor building electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, wall ceramic tiling, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services, replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment; Make small purchases of materials for repairing equipment and facilities when necessary; Keep the work area clean and organized by collecting parts and general debris, storing equipment and tools in their designated places; Monitor the Building Maintenance Plan through checklists or system service requests; Perform other related tasks within the scope of responsibilities.
