Job Summary: Experienced professional to work as a Warehouse Clerk on civil construction sites, responsible for managing materials, controlling inventory, and supporting the engineering team. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience as a Warehouse Clerk in civil construction projects 2. Proficiency in recording invoices and material requisitions 3. Experience with management systems such as Sienge, Mega, TOTVS, or similar CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE IN NOVO HAMBURGO OR THE SURROUNDING REGION AND HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING ON CONSTRUCTION SITES **Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store materials and tools; * Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and equipment from the construction site; * Maintain an organized and up-to-date warehouse; * **Record invoices and material requisitions in the system**; * Support the engineering team in controlling inputs; * Conduct periodic inventory counts and stock reports. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Warehouse Clerk in civil construction projects; * Knowledge of inventory and construction material control; * **Proficiency in recording invoices and material requisitions**; * Basic computer skills (Excel and warehouse management systems); * Proactivity, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with systems such as Sienge, Mega, TOTVS, or similar; * Training courses in warehousing or logistics; * Experience in residential or multifamily construction projects.
