Analyze collective bargaining agreements and internal controls A construction materials supply company seeks a Human Resources Analyst in Porto Alegre. **Responsibilities:** Manage contract termination processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and established deadlines. Perform termination-related calculations, conduct verifications, and input data into payroll systems. Participate in homologation procedures and provide support to employees during offboarding. Assist in preparing and reviewing labor documentation and inspections. Analyze and apply clauses from collective bargaining agreements. Maintain internal controls, departmental KPIs, and Excel-based reports. Provide support for other personnel administration activities, including onboarding, vacation management, time tracking, and benefits administration. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
